By: Dianne Summerfield on 15 July 2018Hi just a quick question just wondering if you send your products by registered mail as we had trouble with our local post office letting us know the product you sent had arrived and sat there for days after checking its tracking online. Our local post office said it wasnt registered therefore they dont scan it because they dont get paid for it. Just wondering if it would be possible to be registered in future?
